PHOENIX, July 16, 2025 - The Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) of Arizona Board of Directors voted today to reaffirm its executive leadership team, re-electing Johnathan Lines as Chairman, Peter Kim as Vice Chairman, and Tim Thomure as Treasurer. The unanimous vote signals the Board’s continued commitment to stable, strategic governance as WIFA advances its mission to secure Arizona’s long-term water future.
WIFA Director Chelsea McGuire applauded the Board’s decision: “I’m grateful for the steady leadership of Chairman Lines, Vice Chairman Kim, and Treasurer Thomure. At a time when too many decisions are shaped by short-term political calculations, this team brings clarity, commitment, and purpose to WIFA’s mission of advancing water augmentation, strengthening conservation, and safeguarding the resources entrusted to WIFA.”
Additionally, the Board voted to appoint members to its Committees on Long Term Water Augmentation and Water Supply Development. The WIFA Board of Director’s annually selects its executive officers from among the voting members pursuant to its enabling legislation.
