Contract Packet
|
The contract packet lists required contract conditions that apply to new Clean Water
and Drinking Water Revolving Fund projects and contains forms that must be used
in the procurement process.
THERE ARE SEPARATE PACKETS FOR GOVERNMENTAL AND NON-GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES. PLEASE
ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE APPROPRIATE COPY.
Please review the entire packet prior to bidding. The packet must be physically
included in all bidding, solicitation and contract documents.
Governmental
- Federal Davis Bacon prevailing wages apply. Payment
of the wages, fringe benefits and overtime rates is required.
- The appropriate Federal (Davis Bacon) Prevailing
Wage Decision must be physically incorporated into the bidding and contract documents.
- Weekly certified payroll submittal is required
under the Federal Davis Bacon laws.
- Compliance with the Civil Rights Act and Equal
Employment Opportunity is required.
- Promotion of Small, Minority and Women-owned Businesses
and participation in Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) is required.
Non-Governmental
- Federal Davis Bacon (DB) prevailing wages apply.
Payment of the wages, fringe benefits and overtime rates is required.
- The proposed DB wage determinations must be submitted
to WIFA for approval prior to including the wage determination in any solicitation
or contract, etc.
- The appropriate Federal (Davis Bacon) Prevailing
Wage Decision must be physically incorporated into the bidding and contract documents.
- Weekly certified payroll submittal is required
under the Federal Davis Bacon laws.
- Compliance with the Civil Rights Act and Equal
Employment Opportunity is required.
